How to Set Up Your First Website

In this guide, we’ll walk through setting up your first website in SureFeedback. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to SureFeedback

Log in to your SureFeedback using this link. You will be redirected to the dashboard. Please click on Add New Site at the top right.

Step 2: Enter Site Details

Select WordPress as your platform and enter your site URL along with your WordPress admin credentials in the next step

Note : You can also select custom site if required. If you select custom site, please copy the script given and paste it before closing </body> tag for optimal performance.

Step 3: Install Plugin Automatically

Click Install Plugin to allow SureFeedback to connect to your WordPress site without any manual uploads.

Step 4: Verify Connection

Once installation completes, follow the verification prompt to confirm that your site is successfully connected. If the site verification fails, Please go to sites tab > Actions > Integration, and check if you have added right credentials here.
After successful integration the website will now appear in the Sites tab.

Step 5: Start Adding Comments

  • Open your connected site through the Magic Link and start adding comments directly on your pages. You can now collaborate with clients or teammates instantly.

  • After you click on the magic link, a widget will load on your site, you can pin point on the component where you want to collect the feedback.

That’s it. Your site is now ready to collect feedback.
