Website Comments Not working
You’ve created a new website, and added your website code but your website comments widget isn’t showing up! Here are some common reasons:
Your Site Url Isn’t Accurate
Be sure your website URL matches exactly the URL for your client site (capitalization, spacing, HTTP vs HTTPS etc)
You’re not logged in
Be sure you’re logged into the site where you’ve installed SureFeedback or the widget won’t appear.
Turn off Jetpack’s Shortlinks
Currently, Jetpack’s short links break functionality by generating the installable website code. You’ll need to turn off Jetpack’s short links and re-add the code to your client’s site.
